Anyone not rating this a five is not liking the caricatures and the black and white images. Still, that leaves 300+ beautiful paintings. Many of the scenes are victorian in style and manner and the subjects are wonderfully laid out. There are many art books that have 20 or so plates, others only black and white. Whether it is a landscape, a group, or a portrait all the little things are there. The black & white images are quite clear and the caricatures I recognize are amusing. Don't pass this by because not all of the plates are textbook color paintings. This painter is a master and at $3 it is one of the best art bargains on kindle...shu
